The Lexington Solutions™ leadership team is comprised of veteran Boston Capital employees who understand the unique challenges of the LIHTC industry.
Marc Teal
Chief Executive Officer, EVP
Marc Teal oversees the accounting, financial reporting, SEC reporting, budgeting, audit
and, tax and compliance for Boston Capital, its affiliated entities and all Boston
Capital-sponsored programs. He is responsible for maintaining the banking and borrowing
relationships of Boston Capital and treasury management of all working capital reserves.
Mr. Teal previously served as Senior Vice President and Director of Accounting and prior
to that served as Vice President of Partnership Accounting.
Mr. Teal has more than 23 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining
Boston Capital in 1990, Mr. Teal worked with Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and Liberty Real
Estate Corp.
He received a BS in Accountancy from Bentley College and a Masters in Finance from
Suffolk University.
Michael Callahan
Director of Product Strategy, EVP
Mr. Callahan is responsible for overseeing the performance of Boston Capitals LIHTC
portfolio and reporting on the performance of the portfolio to investors.
Mr. Callahan joined Boston Capital in 1992. For the past 17 years, he has worked in the
Asset Management Department monitoring the operations and compliance of Boston
Capitals portfolio. For the seven years prior to becoming the Director of Asset
Management, he served as the Assistant Director with responsibility for overseeing half of
the portfolios operations and the ongoing development of the Fusion database.
Mr. Callahan received a BA in Mathematics from Providence College and an MBA with a
concentration in finance from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University in
Nashville, TN.
Brian Madden
Chief Operating Officer, EVP
Brian Madden oversees Boston Capitals Information Technology department which is
responsible for IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, software, and technologies that
support the business. Mr. Madden has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to
joining Boston Capital in 2003, Mr. Madden held various Senior Consultant and Senior
Project Manager roles with Lockheed Martin IMS, Reuters, and leading content management
consulting firms.
Mr. Madden received a BA in Japanese from Bucknell University and an MBA with a
concentration in both Finance and Operations from New York Universitys Stern School
of Business.
